You can fill out the form on our contact page to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. If you would like to move forward with scheduling, your therapist will offer you some available 45-minute time slots. Your therapist will send you paperwork to fill out via your client portal with Sessions Health as well as an invitation to join Spruce, our HIPAA-compliant video platform. Your therapist will video call you at the time of your scheduled appointment. Sessions are typically 45 minutes and scheduled for the same time every week, unless you need to reschedule.

We do not accept insurance. We are considered an out-of-network provider. If you would like to know your out-of-network coverage, you will need to call your insurance directly. We do provide superbills upon request, which are essentially receipts showing that you paid for treatment. These superbills might be accepted by your insurance for potential reimbursement, but that will depend on your specific insurance plan.

You can visit our services page to see the costs per therapy service. Sessions range from $325-375 per 45 minute session. You will be provided with a Good Faith Estimate prior to the start of treatment in compliance with the No Surprises Act. This document notifies you of the estimated cost of treatment so that you are not surprised by any medical bills.

We do have a limited number of sliding scale spots available in order to make our services accessible. If there is a sliding scale spot open, you will agree on a fee with your therapist in light of your current financial circumstances. That fee will be assessed every couple of months.

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy which means you will need to cancel your session more than 48 hours in advance so that you do not incur a late cancellation fee. If you cancel within that 48 hour window, you will be charged the entire session fee. Our therapists do allow for one free pass knowing that unexpected issues may come up. Your therapist will work with you to reschedule any appointments you may need to cancel or change.
